Saying Yes

Many times, even if tempted, it is hard to say yes. No matter how attractive the invitation may be.

We have commitments, work, families, etc etc and there seems to be never enough time.

When my fantastic, lovely and very French friend 🇫🇷🥖🧀🍷 @cjraoux invited me to her #westpalmbeach home to enjoy, as she described, three days of relaxation, nature, meditation, etc 🥰 I am so so glad I said yes 💪🏻

It was not easy. The mountain of to do’s flashed over and over again in my head but I said... #ifnotnowwhen 🤷🏻‍♀️

Everything else stopped and by saying yes, I gifted myself days of friendship, laughs, nature, bike trails, birds, açaí bowls, meditation, stretching, etc etc etc

Ask me how it felt… ☀️

We all deserve friends like Caroline 🌷. Those whose only motive is to spend time with you, that make the effort to make time special, that open up their homes and that teach you that it is good to just slow down, yes… and smell the roses and that the world, as you know it, will still be there when you emerge 💃🏻

May your life be full of friends that make your world brighter and better.
